Editorial Policy
Our editorial policy explains how we check facts, choose ticket options and correct mistakes. It also explains how affiliate income stays separate from editorial decisions.

Santamonaca Opera Tickets is an independent guide to Santa Monaca Opera in Florence, not its official website. We do not operate the venue or performances, sell tickets, or hold or process bookings.
Where our facts come from
We choose topics that help you compare tickets and plan your evening: inclusions, seating, performance times and transport.
- Official venue and performance operator information takes priority for access, schedules and venue rules.
- Transport authorities take priority for routes, timetables and service changes.
- The booking partner’s own product data supplies each option’s price, duration, inclusions, rating and review count.
A package detail applies only to that option, not every ticket. We do not assume dinner, drinks or a seating category are included.
When sources disagree, the authority responsible for that detail takes priority. If the conflict remains unresolved, we omit the claim or tell you to confirm it before booking.
How we choose and order tickets
We select options for their relevance, clear inclusions and useful differences. Ordering reflects the page’s purpose, ticket features and available traveller feedback—not commission.
We may earn commission when you book through our GetYourGuide affiliate links. Affiliate income never buys a better placement or a better description.
Our selection is not a complete list of every seller or ticket available.
Prices and feedback are starting points
Displayed prices are starting prices, not quotes for your chosen date or category. Ratings and review counts are snapshots that change as feedback arrives.
Check the booking page for the current total, availability and selected inclusions before paying.
We use reviews as evidence of recurring experiences, such as seating concerns or unclear meal inclusions, rather than quoting testimonials. Individual opinions do not establish venue rules or guarantee your experience.
Corrections and limits
When we find an error, we check the relevant source and correct or remove the claim. We also review related pages for the same mistake.
If verification remains incomplete, we mark the uncertainty or leave the detail out. A page’s update date does not mean live prices or schedules cannot change.
This page is provided for transparency and does not replace the booking provider’s terms, which govern purchases alongside applicable consumer law.
